🌱 Your Plant

Live plants are naturally unique! The plant you receive will be similar in size and maturity to the plants shown in this listing, but leaf count, coloration, shape, pattern, and overall appearance may vary. Minor cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of growing and shipping live plants and do not affect the health of your plant.

📦 Shipping & Our Grassroots Guarantee

We carefully package every plant to help protect it during its journey to you. Some temporary stress, drooping, or minor leaf damage can occur during transit and is normal for live plants.

We promise that every plant will arrive in good condition or we'll make it right—that's our Grassroots Guarantee! 🌿

Please unpack your plant promptly after delivery and allow it time to acclimate to its new environment before repotting or making major changes to its care routine.

❄️ Cold Weather Shipping

Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. If average daily temperatures at your destination are expected to fall below 50°F, you must add Cold Weather Protection to your order.

Plants that are damaged due to cold temperatures where Cold Weather Protection was not purchased, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
