Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products must remain sealed in their original packaging.
If your item meets the above requirements, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions. Please note return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@grassrootsherbsupply.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless an error was made on our behalf.
We recommend using a trackable service for returns and prefer USPS and UPS. Shipping insurance may be purchased at your discretion. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item (unless delivery is confirmed by USPS or UPS) and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
