Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. If average daily temperatures at your destination are expected to fall below 50°F, you must add Cold Weather Protection to your order. If temps drop below 0°F, we will hold off on the shipment entirely until the weather warms up, and will contact you if this happens. 

The heat packs we use are from HeatPackUSA and are engineered specifically for shipping plants through cold conditions.

Plants that are damaged due to cold temperatures where Cold Weather Protection was NOT purchased, *will not be eligible for a refund or replacement*.

📦 Shipping & Our Grassroots Guarantee

We carefully package every plant to help protect it during its journey to you. Some temporary stress, drooping, or minor leaf damage can occur during transit and is normal for live plants.

If your order arrives with cold damage when the Cold Weather Protection is added to your order, we will either send you a new replacement or issue a full refund. We promise that every plant will arrive in good condition or we'll make it right—that's our Grassroots Guarantee! 🌿

Please unpack your plant promptly after delivery and allow it time to acclimate to its new environment before repotting or making major changes to its care routine.
