ORDERING

  • DO YOU OFFER BULK PRICING?

    We are currently only offering retail sales

  • CAN I PLACE MY ORDER BY PHONE? 

    We only accept online orders at this time. Placing your order online will make it easier for you to track the status of your order.

  • CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED? 

    Unfortunately we cannot add to an existing order but we will do our best to combine multiple orders and ship them together if they were placed within a relatively close timeframe.

  • WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR SALES TAX? 

    We charge sales tax in accordance with multiple and ever-changing state laws. The taxability of retail orders is determined by the ship to state and the items ordered, and will be reflected at checkout.

PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING

  • WILL THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO ON YOUR WEBSITE?

    While all our product photos are a representation of a lot we have had in stock at one point, please keep in mind that these are natural products and characteristics such as color will vary from lot to lot.

  • HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED?

    All of our products are packaged in resealable and recyclable Kraft paper bags.

  • HOW SHOULD I STORE MY HERBS?

    Herbs are best stored away from light, heat, air, and moisture. A cool, dry space—like a pantry or cupboard—helps preserve their natural color, aroma, and texture. Airtight containers are ideal, especially glass jars that don’t absorb scent or moisture.

  • WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR HERBS?

    All of our products will generally have a shelf life of 2-3 years when stored properly, but your individual product will come with a Best By date printed on the packaging.

  • WHERE WERE YOUR PRODUCTS GROWN?

    We thoughtfully source our botanicals from trusted growers around the world. Because origins can change from time to time, detailed sourcing information is listed on each product label rather than on individual product pages. If you would like to confirm the current origin of a specific item before placing your order, please contact us at support@grassrootsherbsupply.com and we would be happy to help.

  • DO YOU INCLUDE INFORMATION ON HOW TO TAKE THE HERBAL PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED?

    Due to strict FDA regulations, we are unable to provide any dosing or medical information regarding our products. Natural herbs can be very powerful and we always suggest that you consult with a professional prior to taking any herbal supplements.

  • YOU STATE THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE ALL NATURAL AND PESTICIDE FREE. DOES THAT MEAN THEY ARE ORGANIC?

    We thoughtfully source our herbs as organic, wild-harvested, or conventionally grown without the use of pesticides or harmful additives. While many of the herbs we purchase meet organic standards, using that term officially requires USDA organic handler certification, a lengthy and costly process that we’ve chosen not to pursue at this time. Instead, we focus our energy where it matters most to us: sourcing high-quality botanicals, maintaining strong relationships with our growers, and handling each herb with care from start to finish.

SHIPPING

  • WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

    We offer deeply discounted flat-rate shipping based on the weight of your order and free shipping for orders over $35. While we work hard to keep our product prices as low as possible we choose not to build shipping costs into our product pricing to offer “free” shipping. Instead, we believe in a transparent pricing model, so you can clearly see exactly what you’re paying for.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

    Our current processing time is 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified. After your order is shipped, it will take 2-7 business days to reach its final destination.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    You can track your order directly through your customer account on our website. A confirmation e-mail with your tracking info will also be sent to the e-mail address you supplied at checkout.

  • THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY PACKAGE SAYS IT IS LOST OR THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT RECIEVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?
