Tulsi is an aromatic perennial plant commonly know as Holy Basil. Although not the same as culinary basil, they are both members of the mint family. The leaves and flowers of the tulsi plant have adaptogenic qualities and offer a peppery taste with a sweet, earthy aroma. Tulsi leaf and flowers have a variety of uses from skincare products to teas and beverages.
