Aroma and Flavor: Has a light perfume with hints of fresh cut grass, and a well-rounded green flavor with little tannin.
Directions: Pour 8 oz of simmering water (185-195° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
Oolong teas linger somewhere between the oxidation of green and black teas. With a name that means “black dragon,” this type of tea combines the robust flavors of black teas with the lighter tastes of green teas. Highly recommended to those that enjoy the health benefits of green tea but have a hard time with its lingering, semi bitter taste.
