Maca root powder is typically used as a flour to make cookies, flan, smoothies, and porridge. Although maca root is often employed in culinary applications, it also has a rich tradition of use as a panacea and is referred to as Peruvian ginseng. Maca is highly appreciated for its adaptogenic and nutritious properties.
