Palm Kernel Flakes are derived from the kernel of the fruit of the oil palm. It is solvent extracted, refined, bleached, deodorized and fully hydrogenated. Citric Acid is used as a preservative and Lecithin is used as a processing agent. It is considered Vegan, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, Glutamate Free and BSE Free.
