Our Organic Refined Coconut Oil is expeller pressed (a process where the oil is extracted, refined, bleached and deodorized without the use of solvents or chemical processes). It no longer has the coconut smell and taste. Available in 7 pound bottles or 44 lb pails. 

Coconut oil is solid below and liquid above room temperature because it consists mostly of short chain fatty acids.  It is frequently used in cosmetic applications due to its long shelf life, resistance to oxidation and other desirable physical properties.
